After just one year under their belts as members of the Black Diamond Conference, the Flora Wolves qualified for play-offs.
With a 5-4 record, the Wolves squeezed into the playoffs after wins against Christopher – Ziegler – Royalton, Eldorado, and Hamilton County and two forfeitures by Edwards County and Vienna.
The Wolves will face the St. Teresa Bulldogs at Decatur on Saturday, Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. The number-one ranked Bulldogs boast a 9-0 record.
Although the competition will be fierce, Assistant Coach Scott Warren is excited about the upcoming game.
“It’s always nice to make the playoffs,” he said.
