The 2024-2025 NHS officers include Adam Pietz as President, Landrey Atwood as Vice-President, Maggie Scarborough as Treasurer, and Elena Warren ias Secretary.

NHS (National Honor Society) hosted a banquet on May 4th, 2024.  At the banquet they eat a meal, induct their new members, and appoint the new officers.  Next school year there will only be twelve members but this year there were twenty-one.

During this year they attended one event to Vincennes University to listen to a speaker about the solar eclipse.  There was also a college fair where local colleges showed what was different about their schools and what set them apart from other colleges.

There are some qualifications ta student has to meet to join NHS.  A three-point five GPA and an application are required.  TApplicants must  also have five service points (which are sports, clubs, etc.) that show they are invested in school.  After that a committee of teachers will determine who is qualified to join NHS.
