FHS will be traveling Around the World next week, September 17- 22, for their annual Homecoming week. The following dress up days are as follows: America Monday, Tacky Tourist/Family Tuesday, Color war day (freshman-green, sophomore-red, junior-yellow, senior-black), Beach Thursday, and Crazy Orange and Blue Friday.
Students will decorate floats on Monday and Tuesday and have the parade on Wednesday, the 19th. The lineup will start at 6:45, judging is at 7:00, and the parade will start at 7:30. The bonfire will follow.
On Thursday, over lunch, the Student Council will be hosting a cookout in the courtyard. Students will be getting pork burgers, chips, and a drink for three dollars; the food will be provided by Salt and Strings.
Friday, there will be a Homecoming game against Lawrenceville. Pep Club will be painting faces and having a “picture with Wolfie” an hour before the game starts (6:00 to 6:45).
Saturday, September 22nd will be the homecoming dance. The dance will be from 7:00 to 10:30, and be opened to the public at around 7:45 and will begin at 8:00.
