Flora High School girls basketball has an overall record of 15-12 as of their most recent conference victory, defeating Red Hill 54-28 on their home court on Jan. 2. The Wolfgals’ conference record is 5-4, placing them in the sixth spot in the Little Illini Conference.
Senior Kelsey Krutsinger placed second in the conference for points scored per game with 15.2 points. Krutsinger also placed third for rebounds per game with 7.5 rebounds per game. She placed in the top five for steals and blocks, with two steals and 1.7 blocks. Junior Sydney Cammon is in several top five categories, placing fifth in the scoring category with an average of 10.8 points per game and sixth place with 91 field goals made this year.
Unfortunately, the Wolfgals were defeated by Lawrenceville on Feb. 7 during Regionals, ending their season.
