While other students were working and hanging out with friends, FFA President Garrett Williams ventured to Washington D.C. this summer for a leadership conference. Garrett was one of the 300 students who attended this trip. It was paid for by local businesses in Clay County.
At the conference, he learned how to make changes in his community through leadership taught in the FFA. Also, Garrett visited many famous landmarks and met many new people.
