Playing their hearts out, the Wolfgals defeated their conference opponent the Marshall Lions in the Flora High School gym on September 8.
The Wolfgals started off strong during the first game, conquering their opponent in a nail biting match resulting in the score being 26-24. The Wolfgals lost the second game, but emerged victorious in the third.
Big hits and blocks by junior Wolfgal Sydney Cammon greatly contributed to the win. She accomplished a mind-blowing 23 successful kills in the entire match.
