The Drama Club will be taking their annual trip to Southern Illinois University Carbondale, on Thursday, April 10, for the best day of the year. Sara Hudson is the Drama Club sponsor and has been taking Drama Club since 2007.

Drama Daze is a fun-filled day with improv games such as the question games where you and another person ask questions, being careful not to answer the other’s question! Another game is the bench game, the object of which is to get the one person off the bench at all cost, and there are no boundaries! Another favorite of the day is the Bus Game. Every time a new person gets on the bus, the people who are currently on the bus have to do the same action they are doing.

The director of the drama department at SIUC teaches everyone, as a whole, how to stage fight. Another activity of the day is learning new choreography. Senior Keah Hartman says this is her favorite activity because everyone participates and has a good time even if they aren’t experienced dancers.
