Student Council members met on Thursday, August 22 to elect their club officers. The results were announced the next day over the intercom.

Senior Vice-President Ethan Leib’s responsibilities now include overseeing the Student Council and the class secretaries. He is also in charge of membership items, such as contracts, and service activities, like the blood drives.

Marissa Wagley is this year’s acting Secretary. She will keep minutes at the meetings and maintain correspondence throughout the year.

All things money, which encompasses all accounts payable and receivable actions, are now in the hands of Treasurer Samantha Briscoe. She will also handle all sales, such as ticket sales and fundraisers.

The newly created office of Reporter belongs to Al Stewart. He will take photos of all the Student Council ventures and submit all articles and photos to the publications classes as well as the local newspapers and radio stations.
