Earning the opportunity to perform at The Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida, Flora High School football and basketball squads won a superior overall cheer squad award at camp in Bloomington, Illinois, July 15 -19.

At camp the cheerleaders learned new stunts, a dance routine, new cheers, a band chant, and practiced dedication. They won superior overall squad and received 2nd place in the extreme dance routine. They are now qualified to go to Orlando Florida to perform at the Citrus Bowl.
On the 3rd day of camp, the UCA leaders held an All American tryout. During the tryout they had to execute a cheer, dance, and one jump. Two girls from each grade tried out and Madison Uebinger, Tiffanae Litaker, Miayah Houston, and Morgan Burmeister made the squad. As a result, the four cheerleaders have an opportunity to go tour London or Philadelphia.
