FHS Student Council hosted the annual fall blood drive on Nov. 8 for the students and community. Senior Student Council officers assisted with checking donors into the drive and serving drinks and snacks. Sponsors Shari Hamilton and Jan Bible supervised the students after they donated to make sure they didn’t pass out.
“The blood drive was a success, we had 150 come in, 83 tried and 69 successfully donated blood” Hamilton said.
The goal for the drive was 60 units of blood.
